Integration & technical

How long does integration take?

Basic integration (registration + event flow): typically 2-4 weeks. Full integration (attribution, analytics, campaigns): 4-8 weeks. We handle the heavy lifting; your engineers point players to our APIs.

Do you offer an API?

Yes. RESTful APIs for player registration, event ingestion, campaign triggers, and reporting, plus a tracked redirect + HMAC-verified postback for conversions. Documentation and SDKs are provided.

What is your uptime target?

Mercury Pulsar runs on serverless infrastructure with auto-scaling and managed Postgres. Enterprise engagements include dedicated support and a status dashboard.

Can Mercury Pulsar handle high volume?

Yes. The platform is multi-tenant and built to scale per tenant, with idempotent, money-safe conversion handling so traffic spikes never double-count.
